Banana-Papaya Pudding

Filed under: Raw Recipes — Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , — holisticnutrition4wellness @ 11:53 am

This is a delicious and easy recipe you can make in no time: All you need is 1/2 Ripe Papaya, seeded (you can substitute mango as well) ; 1/2 hass avocado, seeded; and 1 banana peeled and cut in chunks. You can also add 2 figs and 1-2 TBSP of either raw almond butter or tahini. Put the papaya in a blender and blend just enough to break up the fruit. Add the banana (and figs, and almond butter or tahini if desired) and blend until smooth. You can also make this recipe in a food processor. Eat immediately – serves 2. Enjoy!  Recipe provided by Carolina / For more information visit www.NaturalBalanceNow.com
