All you need is : 1/2 Cup Almonds (soaked 8-10 hours or overnight); 3-4Dates(soaked in a separate container overnight or for at least 3-4 hours) ; and 3 cups pure water. Keep in mind that the dates are optional and are used only if you’d  like to have a sweeter milk.      Once the almonds have soaked, it is important to discard the soak water and to rinse the almonds. All nuts and seeds contain growth inhibitors that protect them and allow them to survive for years without sprouting prematurely or spoiling. If nuts and seeds are not fully soaked to deactivate these growth inhibitors, as a food they are difficult to digest. In a blender or Vitamix combine the almonds, dates and water. Blends for 3 minutes or longer, you want the almonds and dates blended as fine as possible. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth or a fine strainer into a pitcher or jar. If you want a richer milk use less water. This milk should keep for 2-3 days if kept refrigerated. Enjoy!  Recipe provided by Carolina / For more information visit www.NaturalBalanceNow.com
